1.The service scope of no reason return and exchange cannot be accepted:
1) Any goods not sold by Sigu
2) Any used goods
3) The lack of packaging, product instructions, supporting packaging box and warranty card will affect the secondary sales
4) Any goods with quality problems caused by improper use, storage or maintenance
5) The goods have been invoiced but the invoice has not been returned to Sigu
6) Custom goods without any quality problems, return will not be accepted
7) Special price goods and discount goods do not support return without reason
8) Please pay attention to the above prescription requirements, overdue will not be accepted
Sigu shall be responsible for the return and exchange of goods due to quality problems
Due to personal reasons for the return demand, return freight and order initial shipping freight are borne by the customer
1) After returning to the commodity warehouse for quality inspection and warehousing, the original payment items will be returned within 7 working days.
